This is a durable pair of cycling shoes whether you use 3 or 2 bolt cleats. The shoes are very comfortable, the size corresponds to the table. The shoe is suitable for most if not all foot types. The back shell is well padded and the top itself is comfortable. The shoes had boa dials, 2 to exactly what you would normally see on more expensive shoes, the nylon lower sole isn't the stiffest but that doesn't make it a bad shoe. A softer nylon sole can help with foot pain. I've worn shoes with my own insoles for over 60 miles. Make no mistake, these are not expensive carbon soled racing shoes, this is a comfortable pair of cycling shoes for those who want to be strapped in but don't want the discomfort of very stiff soled shoes. I will continue to use these shoes because not every day is race day and sometimes you need something that fits well and is comfortable on your foot.
