Bad product, nonexistent customer service

Do not buy! I had a D10D that stopped working this season (worked fine for a few years). Bought this version. It measures no more than 4-6 feet deep while docked. Shows some vital signs at moderate speeds but is useless (no reading or extremely inaccurate reading at speeds above 15-20 mph). Customer service doesn't seem to be there. I've called their tech support multiple times. I was redirected to voice email every time They try to answer all calls within an hour. Left two messages, one confirmation marked urgent but no further action yet.
