The fact of being able to perform all types of tasks, from booking rooms via check-ins or even creating room groups for hotel stays with multiple guests using one system. It's been a while since we used it so I can't say how much has changed, however i do know they're currently working towards implementing integrations such as Facebook advertising etc - which would be fantastic! Make sure you have someone who knows their way around OHPMS when selecting your package. Not only are there lots available (including free), but also different packages cater for differing needs/needs at various price points. There really isn't anything I dislike about openhotels; other than maybe my own laziness sometimes not doing things immediately after clicking through them :) Definitely consider what features will work best within your current environment before making any decisions.
