We are a small business looking for ways to improve our processes, increase efficiencies and save money.
We are a small business looking for ways to improve our processes, increase efficiencies and save money. We currently use Mailchimp, Constant Contact and Infusionsoft. This tool allows us to manage and send bulk emails to clients via a template, however we feel it is cumbersome and does not provide the best customer experience. It also costs us money because we are paying $100 per month to use these tools. We are open to suggestions for better platforms, but would prefer something free or cheap.
Pros
- It allows us to build templates without needing code, and this is very important to me as I hate writing html.
- They allow us to manage multiple email addresses at once, this is critical to how we work with our clients
Cons
- They don't seem to understand what we are asking them to do, and then charge us for it.
- For example, we are limited to only about 30 templates, and only 10 attachments, when we want to be able to have hundreds of templates, and thousands of attachments.
- This means we have to pay for the editing, so every time we make a change, we need to pay for it again.
