The ease in which we can create our own emails within our software is great! And it's very easy to use as well - I love how everything (including all fields) are customizable so that you can be creative with your email campaign without ever having to worry about clashing colors or fonts etc. Creating an effective email marketing strategy isn't always easy but this has made it really simple for us. Would definitely recommend if you're looking into creating better campaigns with improved ROI than more traditional methods. We haven't had any dislikes at all yet. It was super easy for me to understand right off the bat and my colleagues were able to pick up easily too! Emailing customers regularly, keeping them informed and also sending out newsletters. I love that it is easy to use from any device, whether you are at home or traveling. In addition, there's not much to dislike either - this tool has been very helpful in our business development efforts. If your marketing team needs more help with writing than just creating content, then this product can be used as a guide/tool to make sure they're using appropriate words. We've solved some problems we were having with understanding what people wanted to hear when reaching out via email.
