I like that it integrates with our accounting system to make invoicing easier. It also has an option for automatic email reminders which we have used successfully. The customer support team was not as responsive or knowledgeable about their product as others in this space. We had some issues integrating with another software application and they were unable/unwilling to help us troubleshoot the issue over several weeks despite multiple requests. They did eventually provide support but only after significant time lag. If you are looking for something simple to handle billing then this might be what you need. Our organization handles all of our billing needs from one place so there's less confusion between employees when sending out bills or making payments.
