I have previously purchased a refurbished iPad from another seller and it came in standard packaging with a poorly protected standard charger and worse, it didn't even work! Back it's gone, not a good first impression of an Apple product as this is my first Apple product. But I can't blame Apple, obviously it was the seller who gave me the broken crap. Now this seller hey! I'm so pissed that I didn't take a picture of my beautiful rose gold iPad Pro before I placed it in the case. Since it's a bit difficult to snap a corner in my case, I'm too scared to take it out just for this review and risk scratching the paint if I snap it too hard by pushing it back in. I will only take these. in an emergency on the basis of. So I think my word must be kept. I can tell you 100% honestly that it came in perfect condition! Not a single scratch anywhere, I examined every inch. The shiny gold apple logo is perfect too, not a single scratch on it. The previous owner either used it one day or took very good care of it. It came practically new, in original packaging, original charger (I think) as I am new to Apple products. I've attached a picture so you can let me know if this isn't an official Apple charger. IOS 11 has not yet been installed, no one has signed up yet. Basically, it was like buying a new iPad Pro for almost $250 less! Now I have to say that this is the best display in the world! I didn't even get a chance to fully explore this beautiful 10.5-inch device because I'm so obsessed with watching movies and shows on it because of its gorgeous display. But I heard the Apple App Store needs better apps. hmm, i don't see it yet. So far I only see complaints in app reviews. I also looked for some drone simulator apps and they were awful, looking like something out of an outdated flip phone. I was expecting to see awesome and realistic looking drone simulator games apps for my husband but no. Shouldn't the great Apple App Store have the best gaming apps? I don't see it yet, although I see mostly kids stuff, maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, I'm not sure. I'm still new to app store navigation. Now this is my first official Apple product and I'm glad I chose the iPad Pro first. If the iPhone had such a great display, I would just switch. All my life I've been exclusively an android girl. Despite the simplicity of iOS, which I used to find boring (which is why I've never pulled the trigger on an iPhone), the display makes up for the limited customization options. It's breathtaking. I am simply 100% satisfied with the product!
