Review on Sowder by Rudolph Mceachern

My experience shopping for arts and crafts materials online goes back years, so I couldn't wait to check out Sowder's online store. My experience, unfortunately, was not even close to being satisfactory. Although they have a large collection of feathers to choose from, the quality of the feathers that I was sent was not very good. The transportation process resulted in many of the feathers becoming crushed or twisted, rendering them unusable for the project I was working on. The feathers' texture and appearance also left a lot to be desired, as they lacked the natural diversity that feathers typically have and appeared to have a general lack of luster. To make matters even worse, when I attempted to address my concerns, the customer support department at Sowder was not particularly helpful. It was abundantly obvious that they had no intention of addressing the quality issues that were associated with their products and instead provided excuses and responses that were not helpful. If you are searching for feathers of a high quality, I do not think the online store that Sowder operates is the best place to look. Although they have a large assortment to choose from, the quality of their products and the assistance they provide to customers leaves much to be desired. Those who are interested in purchasing feathers online can choose from a variety of more advantageous choices.
