It's been a long time since I've had a good grate and I've never had a grate of this quality. this roaster is fantastic. THICK. It cannot be bent and I don't think it can deform. It comes with two reversible forks, a large curved frame to prevent your food from falling off, and a thick stainless steel broom. It's really professional quality considering its thickness. It's heavy, durable and has two handles for easy lifting. Can easily handle a large turkey or you can easily use it for a large lasagna. This is the kind of pan your grandkids will eventually get, and they'll call it "Grandma's Pan". It really is that high quality, so well made. I can't recommend it more highly. It's expensive, but it's definitely worth the price. This will be the last pan you buy.
