is recommended somewhere on the blog as ideal for sealed storage in the fridge. Anyone who goes camping knows that the cooler is good for the first 24 hours, but once the ice starts to melt, everything starts to float, sink, spin, or both; and while 33-degree water is a frigid jacket with no tabs to keep the cold in, it's no fun when it's pouring a container of homemade tuna salad (both inside and outside the container).
