Great experience from supplier, be careful when installing
I bought these hooks because the local store didn't have as many as I needed. They were easy to find with this supplier and were delivered on time and complete. The biggest problem is that the material the hooks are made of is brittle. I followed the instructions for installing in wood and used the recommended drill bit size. However, when screwing in the hooks, they jammed so much and the torque became so great that the threaded shank sheared off and broke. I made sure I was using the correct size drill bit, adjusted another one and same result. This experience happened on a total of (3) hooks, even though I used a 1/16" bit larger than recommended.
