Review on 🚗 TYC 97-09 Ford Explorer 4.0L V6 Automatic Transmission (97 2nd Production) Starter by Greg Usry

I purchased this starter motor for a 2004 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L V6 on 10th September 2020 and received it two days later on 12th September. The starter was brand new, well packaged, delivery was on time. quickly. At the moment I am limiting my rating to 4 stars as it has only been almost two months since the starter motor was installed in my car. My previous starter slipped and gave me starting problems that got worse. Once this launcher was installed, the problems I was having were gone. Starting is now smooth and secure. I installed this launcher with my son in law and it took about an hour. I'm pretty sure one person can install it, but it's far better for two people to do it because you have to twist and turn and operate the old starter the same way you installed the new starter. So far this starter does what it needs to do and I recommend it.
