I'm not a "Ninja" fan, got this as a gift, but all the hype about this pan is on point.Everything rises off with hot water, soap has never touched this pan yet. If something burns on (bacon), a quick swish with a nylon brush takes it right off.I can finally properly sear a steak without worrying about hurting the non-stick surface.and because of it's temperature resistance, the whole thing can go in the oven to finish it off.I'm using the steaming feature constantly. The lid seals well and the two spouts mean I don't have to prop up the lid to vent.The only negative is the weight of the pan. The double handles really come in handy when pouring off water.I guess the other negative is if you don't wipe off the grease on the outside, it does burn on and leaves a mark.maybe I'll have to take a pad to it eventually.I liked mine so much that I got sets for my son and 2 nephews
