Very happy with Roomkey and their customer service
Easy booking of rooms, good support team (in English), easy integration into our ERP/CRM solution; not much about this product yet but I believe it's going well so far! We were looking for something that would allow us ease access from any device or platform - be able also integrate directly within Salesforce CRMs etc., have all data stored locally rather than hosted externally by 3rd parties like other competitors we've tried previously which had issues over time when updating them / keeping up-to date as new features come out & more changes occur internally.
Pros
- Integration can often take weeks..but now just takes minutes!! And there are even further benefits in being available outside your office hours too ! This was an essential requirement
Cons
- There really isn't anything..it works exactly how you want if done correctly
