I like how it makes sure all products are configured correctly before being sent out so you don't get any surprises later. It's not user friendly once set up which can be frustrating if there isn't much training provided or support available from Tech Support Center (TSC). If TSOs aren't knowledgeable in this area then some customization would likely help ease use issues as well. We're able solve problems quicker than we used too because errors were automatically detected by system rather just needing manual intervention each time something was wrong.
