I just wanted a laptop for work. Use Microsoft Word and YouTube videos, that's it. And that's not the point. IT'S SUPER SLOW! Crazy how slow it is. There is nothing you can do about it. Also, it only comes in at 56.9GB, THAT'S NOTHING. It will be completed in a week. And what's worse, Windows takes up 34.1 of those 56.9 GB, it's that bad. The camera is bad too. Really bad. It's like those cameras from 2010 and I'm not exaggerating. The ONLY thing I like is the design because it looks elegant and doesn't weigh much, perfect for work. But dude. It's so slow to work. Also, it gets very hot if you only use it briefly when you open Google (which takes a few minutes). I am really disappointed. I have waited 2 weeks in vain. This is my first big disappointment. I saw all the other comments about how slow it is but I figured people only use it for gaming and I knew it wasn't a gaming laptop. Don't buy it. It's just a disappointment. I think you can replace the memory card with a big one and do the same with the RAM memory. That's probably all. But it will cost more money. TO EDIT. Hello, it's me again almost two months later. I am updating my opinion as I said I will be replacing the memory card and RAM. But you can't even do that with this laptop. Every hardware component of this laptop is unified, so you can't change just one. want proof You can't find this laptop's hardware online, and that's because you can't replace it. What I did? I sold it for a very low price so I lost money. Definitely don't buy it. This laptop does not work and NOTHING. Too slow to work even in Microsoft Word, the memory card is small, it heats up about 10 minutes, not worth it.
