I like how easy it was for me as an employee of another organization (not WY) to manage my time between multiple projects/customers without having to worry about being overbooked or missing deadlines while still receiving proper paychecks each month! It's very simple but effective at what you need - get work done efficiently by assigning tasks quickly via emailing them out directly into Slack channels where necessary. The only thing i dislike so far has been some minor issues we've had since switching up providers last year which have caused us delays here & there when trying to resolve certain problems; however this hasn't affected any other aspects of working wy/wynexa yet thankfully.
