Great Customer Service- Highly Professional

The customer service is amazing, they make it easy to book appointments so I don't have sit around waiting for them which makes my day! Everything works perfectly without any issues or complaints from me at this point in time. It's always nice when you get everything exactly how you want and no problems are ever encountered during your business transactions with their team of experts!! They also offer great rates compared to other companies that charge more than what we pay monthly every month…

Highly recommended call center software

I like that this service has both live operators as well as virtual receptionist options. The ability to have multiple people with different skills available for any given shift is great! It's also very easy to monitor your account from anywhere in the world, which makes it super convenient when you are traveling or away at events. I have been using ruby receptionist for over two years now, they are very professional in their service delivery to clients! They always deliver quality customer care with great attention towards detail which is what we require from our business partners at all times!!
