I love that they have excellent customer care, which includes all types from first time callers through our most senior executive clients who require an exceptional level of personal attention for their needs as well! Great System - Convenient Features and Superb Support

It’s easy for our staff members, they can dial in via an app or web portal when needed! I like that it has options so we don't have double calls if someone forgets about themself as well with some companies you do need two people working together sometimes but not others which makes this system even better than other solutions out there (i think). Good customer service - even after hours

I enjoyed having an agent available for my clients who were experiencing issues or needed immediate assistance. It was easy to set up, easy to use, and most importantly, the agents that we had access to were very knowledgeable. The only time that I used this program was when there were some issues with our computer system. I don't believe it was the software's fault, but rather the internet connection. I am sure if you have a good internet connection, then this would be great. I wish that they…
