Suede is NOT waterproof. I wore them during the snowfall; the water pooled and soaked the suede over the shoes at the toes, freezing the feet. Stepping in the puddle immediately wet my ankle and upon examination my sock was soaked. The neoprene lower half is waterproof but offers little protection from splashes/puddles and falling rain. They are also not very comfortable and are heavier than you might want from boots that are neither warm nor waterproof. I'm sorry I got scammed by Instagram ads!
