Yes, this is a speed ring, suitable for square and rectangular softboxes. both of my Westcott boxes fit perfectly. quality construction. probably 4.5/5 because the lock knob alone isn't enough, but it was easy enough to adjust with a washer. If you need a Bowens mount, this is a good tool.
