Looks good but no water locks

Received in the mail today. I was very excited when I opened the package but noticed 6 water bottle caps were missing which was disappointing as was told they would be included. Haven't tried it yet, so I can't give a full review. I give 3 stars for the fake advertising on the bottle caps. I hope this works wonders for my EDC ride.
