Felt collar sheets are not smooth

No foreign smell came out of the box, just clean sheets. Before washing I put the sheet on the queen size mattress and it fit perfectly. The depth of the mattress is about 15 cm, the bed is on an adjustable frame, so the presence of deep pockets on the sheet is a plus. A plus is also a very wide elastic band on the fitted sheet. The sheets are still good after washing. Now the negative. The sheets felt like ruff right out of the box. Washing didn't change the feel of the sheets. It feels like they are made of microfiber and then polished. I deduct two stars for that. The whole idea behind satin sheets is that they should be smooth and satin-like.
