I just received this product this afternoon. This was on a 7 battery life and I charged it for 3 hours as recommended before first use. It's only up to 10 battery life and it hasn't changed no matter how many times I've charged it. So I can assume it's fully charged at 10. It turns on with the switch, but the product does not work. This is not a massage. I tried all 17 attachments and thought it would be me. That's not me. Can you believe it's a CHIROGUN brand that doesn't even say it on the product or packaging? I received a product that did not match my order. How can Revain fail to see that the products are not tested as advertised. This is a fake massage gun. The massage gun is not a real brand. I went to YouTube and Google to see what I was doing wrong because obviously this can't be a product, it's brand new! The worst part was that I got two of them, one for me and one for my best friend. The $120 is gone because Revain and co. want to fool people with their fake ads and non-working products. Just don't buy this product and don't use Revain. You can only imagine what I must go through now to send this shit back and get my hard worked money back. It's an infamous billion dollar revain!
