I wear a 34G bra so it's very very very heavy Sports bras (or many others clothes) that would work. While not a "shockproof" bra to me, it is very supportive. With my cup size I can expect a lot and I don't expect perfection from a bra in this price range. I am 5ft 1in and currently weigh 155 pounds. I ordered a black and a white. They fit as expected and fit the same. This is not always the case. The white bra has an inner layer of a gray bra. It's a nice bright white on the inside and it doesn't show through from the front. I really like the cross on the back, it looks very nice under training t-shirts. I've added a few photos so you can get an idea of what a curvy girl looks like. As you can see in the photos it gives me an "armpit effect" but again it is an F/G cup size. They have to go somewhere and it's not as bad with this sports bra as many others I've tried I'm happy with this purchase and would buy again.
