I got 2 of these for a very small living room, 1 at the end of the double sofa and another 1 between the double sofa and the armchair. You are perfect. I was a little concerned putting them together as I'm not very comfortable. It was very easy - I assembled them in under 15 minutes, no tools required. There's plenty of room for a lamp, remote control and my iced tea, and I use the small drawer for a snack. Very durable. I am very happy with the purchase, they came quickly, there were no problems.
