I love how easy it was to create schedules, set up reminders for staff members with upcoming meetings or events as well! The reporting part of this program can be very detailed but also difficult at times if you're not used too much in spreadsheets/excels etc..
It's definitely worth taking time out when creating your schedule - no doubt about that!! As soon as we got our first event scheduled through whattime do i work everyone started using their service immediately so there were some initial teething problems getting people fully engaged however these have been addressed since then (and they are great!).
