Review on 50 Degree Fotodiox Pro Eggcrate Grid For 12X80 EZ-Pro & Pro Standard Softboxes - 2X2X1.5" Openings by Nick Morales

From the reviews, I read that this product was a cheap alternative to the more professional softboxes, and that is correct - it is practically made of paper. However I took that into consideration and purchased anyways just to have the "function" of a softbox with grid while knowing I need to be especially careful with it. Unfortunately several months after purchasing it, I finally opened it up it up to see how fragile it was. then months later decided to try the eggcrate only to find out it doesn't fit! It's not even the right eggcrate! They shipped the eggcrete gride for Fotodiox Pro Octagon Eggcrate Grid for 36" Softbox while labeled as also mislabeled as the 12x56" grid!I wish I could at least get the proper grid, but do not see how that is possible so many months after purchase. Check your gear and test it out as soon as you buy it!
