I'm really good at tech, but something mechanical? I'm pretty much useless. So I made them know exactly what they are, what they are for and why I need them. But I was scared when it came to installation. Chrysler 200 and 1 for my Nissan Frontier. I don't need a 12v socket in either of them so the idea was to pull out the 12v socket and replace it with this one. I just finished my 4x4 in about 5 minutes. It was very easy! 1. Existing 12V2 socket removed. Installed the charger in place 3. Cut off existing quick connectors (they were too small)4. Replaced and complained about the plugs included in the kit5. Connect the positive and ground wires to the new connectors6. Launched and tested - everything works fine. They are great because they charge my USB-C phone at 18W via PD and charge another phone at least 15W via QC3.0. Highly recommended!
