I bought a block and was very impressed with it. I decided to install the second unit and knowing what needed to be done to prepare for the installation, I was ready when the package arrived. I was expecting to be up and running in 30 minutes. Not quite so - apparently the fan isn't working. The insult to injury is that there is no customer service number in the package. I assume that I will have to disassemble the device, repackage it and send it back. I sent an email about Revain so now I'm waiting to hear from anyone on the matter. A week passed and I went in circles with the seller. They requested a video of the problem which I sent them. You could not download the video. They gave return authorization but wanted me to pay for shipping. The saga continues and I still have the defective device sitting in my garage, packed up for return. I know Revvan. flooded and I appreciate the work they are doing to get packages to all of us BUT I am having a hard time understanding why an organization shuts down their "customer service" phone system AND their chat system.
