Consilio provides one solution and standardised platform when dealing

I like that it is easy to use, with good options available in terms of features/functionality as well user interface design / layout etc. There's nothing really bad about this product - but there could be more customisation around some aspects such as branding or even colours used within screens which can look quite similar across platforms from different vendors eg Microsoft Lync vs Cisco UCM softwares. We have been able solve many problems related to unified communications using consilus products including contact centre management system called "Consiliumpro". This has allowed us to manage all communication channels together allowing agents access via web chat applications for example without having multiple systems running at once! It also allows customer service representatives who interact directly through phone calls rather than an agent being present during these interactions so we do not need additional staff members dedicated solely towards handling those conversations.
