Like many others, I was a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished one. but to my surprise: the packaging was a bit crumpled, but the monitor was brand new. Original USBC, original Thunderbolt, original packaging. Smells new. No scratches anywhere, no even minimal signs of wear. I'm so happy. The brightness can be controlled from my Mac Mini. The speakers are loud and clear. All 10/10. Thanks! It's literally like I bought it straight from the Apple Store.
