The ability to connect with vendors that we don't otherwise have access too through our school district's GSPO program. It makes it easier when ordering supplies because you can get them all in one place rather than having to go back and forth from storeroom or website. I dislike how there isn't any way of seeing who has what product available at this time (like they do for orders placed online). This would be helpful if you were trying to figure out which items are needed first before starting your order process since everything cannot always fit into 1 box/bag as well so keeping track without going off line could help make things more efficient. We use GPO to find bulk pricing options for various supply materials used by students during their learning journey throughout highschool years.
