Review on NACATIN Upgrade 10'6 Inflatable Paddle Board With Premium Accessories And Carry Bag by Carlos Krueger

Revainrating 5 out of 5

One of my better SUPs.

I own a grand total of 7 inflatable SUPs. This one is tied for first for being my favorite. Out of all my SUPs, this is easily in the top 3 of all the categories I worry about.stability, feature set, and overall quality. Love that it comes with attachments for a seat if you want to go the "almost kayak" route. Very nice.I would like to point out that, owning 7 of these things, I've long since discovered a simple fact of paddle boarding. Blowing them up sucks. Yep. A reverse pun. Bet you didn't think you'd see THAT here. But anyway, I'm of the mindset that if I spend 20 minutes manually inflating a paddle board with a manual pump, I'm probably going to be out of energy for paddling around the lake. So I didn't use, nor test, the included manual pump. "The best part of paddle boarding is inflating them!" said nobody. Ever.If you're new to the paddle board scene, I'm about to give you the best advice of your entire life. It's nice when someone TELLS you this is the best advice of your life, because we so rarely hear that at the time, and usually we have to discover great advice through hindsight. Not here! If you like (or think you might like) paddle boarding, I promise you the best advice you'll ever get on the subject is.GET AN ELECTRIC INFLATOR. Personally, I own 2 cordless rechargeable units and a 12v plug-in backup in case the cordless ones fail. I can't recommend ditching the manual inflator for a power unit enough. If you drop $300 on this, drop another $100 on a good inflator. I mean, you can stand around 20 minutes huffing and puffing and inflating your SUP if you like. But I hook my inflator up, set it to 15 psi, and then set about prepping the rest of my gear while my board inflates. It literally is "hands off". Having a power inflator takes a good experience and makes it great, and I can't recommend this vigorously enough. This Nacatin is one of my favorite boards, and is definitely one I'm going to keep. If you're looking to get into paddle boarding, this is a GREAT choice, and I highly recommend it.
