Very disappointed with this item. It will not reliably support the iPhone 7 Plus even in the thinnest case. The device fits comfortably in the CD slot, but the phone holder vibrates while driving, making it difficult to see the phone screen. I made sure all the connections were tight, but the vibrations didn't stop. I tried the phone cases but that didn't help either. The phone fell out of the holder twice and the protective screen broke. The information has been sent to the seller but there is no reply. Shipping not return. thrown away!
