I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

I came across revision 4 on a Realtec rtl8192cu chip (earlier ones on Atheros). Tested on Windows 7 x64 and Ubuntu.
Windows 7: Works great, connection speed is 300 Mb/s.
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS: Works out of the box with built-in driver, shows 150 Mb/s connection speed, no problems.
Ubuntu 132022 (latest at the moment): Works out of the box with a built-in driver, shows a connection speed of 150 Mb / s, but in fact the transfer speed is very low and unstable, about one and a half megabits. Failed to win.

Pros

Two built-in antennas and MIMO support, high connection speed, compact size, low price.

Cons

There may be problems with the driver in Linux.

This adapter was taken more for Linux, and in general everything is fine with it. But of course, it does not give any speed of 300 Mbps, there are the usual 50 Mbps like everyone else, the reception is confident, there are no failures. You don't need to configure anything - plugged it in and everything works.
