Review on Rugged Ridge 11031 01 X Clamp Accessory by Robert Goodlow

Build quality and ease of assembly definitely 5 stars. My first assignment was at the front of a 4x4 with a guard. I installed an LED headlight on each side to illuminate the sides of the car. I want to see clearly to the side to see footprints etc and being able to direct the light this way when needed is a plus for me. They were very useful as they could then be installed and reinstalled until the desired light beam effect was achieved. . The X anchors can remain as the main anchors or be removed and the permanent tab can be welded in position after field testing. They are also handy for mounting the transceiver's radio antenna if needed. If the user doesn't want to swap out the grill guards with welded grommets - fearing a possible future sale - then they fit the bill and can in fact be used over and over again as they are durable and can never wear out.
