I like how easy it was for me as an owner of this property (and not so much my staff) keep track! It has been very useful, keeping us all up-to date about our guests' stay at each location we have. The only thing that would be nice but isn't really necessary - maybe some sort of 'hotel budgeting'. We've had no problems using HotelMinder thus far; however their customer service team can sometimes seem slow/distant when answering questions or issues via email. They are great though once they reach out directly through phone call / text message which helps speed things along. As previously stated above - being able to easily update guest information, view reports etc., keeps everyone informed & organized throughout every stage of booking process while also allowing them access if needed after checkin time period.
