Review on 🔪 Niagara Cutter N61646 Roughing-Finishing Tool by Tray Smith

We use them on our CNC machines and work with aluminum 24/7. Tool life is excellent and they perform better than any other end mill we've tried. We accidentally switched a different brand of endmill the other day and wondered why we had to slow the feed so much to get a good finish. Turns out these weren't regular Niagara end mills. That's all we use unless we need a size which they don't make for this series. They are amazing. When you need a drill to match the performance of these aluminum end mills, Fullerton Aluminum Oxide drills are the way to go. The only other end mills that work about as well are Garr's Alumastar end mills, but they are much more expensive and seem to work the same way.
