I like that it is an easy way for us as marketers/advertising teams get quick feedback from our campaigns with data at hand! Not so much love about this loyalty program though; its pretty outdated compared to current programs in other industries (like Starbucks). There are also some issues when trying out mobile apps or website surveys - they tend not work very well unless you have access rights which can be quite hard if your organization doesn't give those easily away over night. We use the tool mainly because of how user friendly their tools were designed back then but now we do realize what's really going behind the scenes here :) Our team uses them daily across different channels like email marketing, ad networks etc., getting instant insights into where people spend most time online, who clicks ads first vs last page viewings and similar analytics stuffs. It has made my life easier managing multiple accounts since each account needs specific tasks assigned only by me instead relying on another person doing these things manually through excel sheets.
