Great platform & great service provided

I like that it is an easy way for us as marketers/advertising teams get quick feedback from our campaigns with data at hand! Not so much love about this loyalty program though; its pretty outdated compared to current programs in other industries (like Starbucks). There are also some issues when trying out mobile apps or website surveys - they tend not work very well unless you have access rights which can be quite hard if your organization doesn't give those easily away over night.   • Very intuitive dashboard interface allowing one click solutions whenever required eases tracking progress without having too many tabs opened all day long,

Ipsos Loyalty - Great way, and great team too!!

I like that it helps us track our customers' behavior over time so we can see how they're engaging with different aspects of their experience at each touchpoint in order to adapt accordingly (e.g., by adding more self-service options or making changes to help them find what is most relevant). It's also helpful when looking for new opportunities because you get insights into which channels are working well but could be improved upon as part of your strategy going forward! Incredible Platform for Customer Retention

The service is very flexible and can be customized to fit an organization's needs. The customer support is also very responsive. I have not found anything that I dislike about Ipsos Loyalty. I would say that the platform is a little cumbersome when it comes to the reporting side of things. I would highly recommend Ipsos Loyalty.
