Incredible Platform for Customer Retention

The service is very flexible and can be customized to fit an organization's needs. The customer support is also very responsive. I have not found anything that I dislike about Ipsos Loyalty. I would say that the platform is a little cumbersome when it comes to the reporting side of things. I would highly recommend Ipsos Loyalty. This platform is great if you are looking to increase customer retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. We are able to create custom surveys that are tailored to our customers and employees. The Ipsos Loyalty platform allows us to easily send out surveys to our customers and employees. The results are very easy to analyze and we are able to provide our customers and employees with insights on how to improve their services.
