I teach English online individually to students in China. I bought this ice cream set as a "reward system" for my students and they love it! The younger ones love to pretend to lick ice cream and counting how many balls they have helps increase their numbers. When I'm doing the color module, the ice helps reinforce the colors as I learn them. Since it comes with two cones, I can use it to reinforce positive behavior. If a student doesn't follow directions, they know I'll take an ice cream cone from them and give it to myself. They enjoy watching me compare two ice cream cones (mine is almost always empty) and they laugh when I "cry" and don't get ice cream. It has saved the lives of quite a few students and really helps them focus and study. The product is also durable. While the cones are a bit smaller and harder to hold with adult hands, it's comedy when the shovels fall and get scattered and I have to dive after them. I think it also builds a relationship with my students. Worth every penny spent.
