I wore these shoes for a month and got a huge dent in the bottom of the shoe. Called Sketchers and the customer service was terrible. They wanted information and some pictures of the problem which I sent and after a few calls they wanted me to send them back at my own expense. They then offered me 35% off another pair. No more sketchers for me!
