Very stable and well-made stool.
My stool had a very smooth surface on the legs and seat. Very durable, no play in the legs. The legs of the stool I received were not as far apart as in the picture. what is good. Just an observation. I just painted mine black and used it as a guitar practice seat. I love it. It is sturdy and can easily support hundreds of pounds of weight. Very slight wobble on a flat surface, but not enough to take the time to fix.
