Poor user manual, incomprehensible switch

There is no useful guide for the user. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the bright red flashing light. The red lights finally started flashing and now I don't know how to turn them off. I was just wrapping it up for return when it flashed happily. In an emergency, I don't want to fiddle around looking for the right combination of actions on the one-button interface to turn on the blinking LEDs. Also one of the red LEDs was a DOA diode.

Pros
