The chair looks great: the back is solid and curved to give good lumbar support. The seat is a little stiffer than I expected: I sit in it about 10 hours a day so I should have checked it out a little more, but it's still decent. The wheels roll smoothly and spring well when sitting down and standing up. The arms are not adjustable. This wasn't a problem for me, but for those who prefer this feature, be aware that it's immobile. However, the armrests are set far enough from the front edge of the seat that you can pull them closer to your desk for typing. I am very satisfied for the price.
