Great quality, free updates but memory bank was lost

Excellent performance for the price, plus a free upgrade in memory frequency (3200MHz instead of 3000) and power supply (550W instead of 500W). However, it was dead on arrival until I followed the instructions and checked that the memory (RAM) is connected properly. it worked! Also, Revain didn't pack it very well: the PC box was placed loosely in a large box without much padding, which could explain how the RAM went offline.
