Almost every day I use carbide bits in a two-handed tool that looks like a large Dremel. These tools are designed for industrial construction (mainly piping) and have only one ON/OFF switch. Probably over 10,000 rpm. I should have bought one of these a long time ago. Now I can slow down and avoid vibration and clipping (especially with plastic). As another commenter pointed out, there is a countersunk screw inside to adjust the range. I set mine up before using it. It's a cheap item, but so cheap that I ordered a second one just in case. Just take it.
