I've had pain in one of my arms for a year and it's throbbing at night so bad it sometimes doesn't let me sleep. It feels good and hurts at the same time when I get a hand massage, but it's the only relief I've gotten so far. I've used this machine every day since I've used this machine every day since it arrived and this may be the best $100 I've ever spent in my life. I didn't expect it to be so effective. When I first used it, I cranked it all the way up, actually expecting it wouldn't even be enough to touch my pain, but I was wrong. I'm so glad there are different levels of intensity, but I'm unsure about level 1. Nothing feels so good. Even if your arm doesn't hurt, it would be helpful
